Our recent stay at the Soviva Resort was absolutely enjoyable. We stayed for a week, and the hotel provided us with a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, with its own beach just a short walk away from the buildings. The swimming pools were great, offering entertainment options for everyone. The variety of food available was impressive, especially the delicious a-la carte options. We were also extremely impressed by the professional and helpful staff, who promptly addressed and resolved an issue we had. our stay was wonderful and memorable.

The water slides were super thrilling and we raced each other to see who could splash down first. The free WiFi was awesome too, so we could instantly share all our cool moments on social media. Would totally recommend for a fun-filled day with friends!

The only thing we wish for at Palmyra Aquapark Kantaoui is a DJ or some cool music playing in the background. It would have taken the party atmosphere to the next level and made our day even more epic!

De plus, la situation idéale de l'hôtel, juste à la sortie de l'autoroute et à proximité de nombreux restaurants, rend les déplacements et les repas faciles. De plus, le personnel est très attentif et satisfait toutes nos demandes. L'emplacement de l'hôtel, très proche du centre-ville, est également un avantage, car il permet d'accéder facilement aux attractions et aux activités de cette ville animée.

The pool area was definitely the best aspect of my weekend here. the water was nice and warm, and there were plenty of loungers available to relax on. the view from the restaurant was also stunning, with a beautiful scenery to feast my eyes on. the room was spacious and clean.

the bathroom wasn't very clean when I arrived, and the dinner buffet didn't offer as many options as I was expecting.

The rooms at Soviva Resort were great! The beds were comfy and the air conditioning kept us cool during the hot days. We loved having a TV with satellite channels in our room, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Plus, the free WiFi was a bonus!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the tile/marble floor in the single room. But hey, that's just my preference.

The animation team at Soviva Resort made my stay unforgettable. ZIZOU SABRINA and Mr. Ali from reception were amazing! They always had a smile on their face and went above and beyond to make sure all the guests were entertained and satisfied. The programs and activities they organized were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for the excellent service provided by the animation team.

I had a great time at Palmyra Aquapark Resort. The view from the restaurant was absolutely stunning and the pool was warm and inviting. Even though it was a bit of a walk from the pool to the changing cabin, it was worth it for a refreshing swim. The helpful and friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a beach getaway. The staff was polite and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety. Cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive.

Located close to the beach, this resort offers a relaxing vacation experience. the rooms are spacious and come with modern amenities. the bathrooms are cleaned daily. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. the outdoor pool is well-maintained, and the entertainment team offers exciting activities for children. the resort provides a stunning view of the beach, sunsets, and the surrounding landscape.

The receptionists need to be more courteous and accommodating to guests, especially during peak hours.

The pool was fantastic – a great temperature and the perfect place to unwind after work. The location was also perfect for my business trip – with easy access to public transport and a beautiful view of the city. the room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the surroundings.

The customer service could have been better. Some of the staff were a bit rude and unhelpful.
